- Prioritize tasks based on the team’s ‘appetite’ for the project you are working on.
- Feel responsible for the quality of the product your team is shipping to customers and act accordingly.
- Communicate remote-first, or schedule a day to meet in our office with rooftop terrace in the 7th district of Vienna.
- Can work in a cross functional team of experts in UX, design, frontend and backend.
- 5+ years of experience in IT.
- Experience in React development (JavaScript, preferably TypeScript).
- Experience with turning design into code (CSS, HTML).
- Feel comfortable asking questions if you need more information to be productive.
- Excellent skills in writing clean and maintainable code as well as outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Understand why code works at all and how it fits into the bigger picture (good knowledge of Computer Science).
- Very good English communication skills.
